  •  We have no return or exchange policy unless the wrong item is delivered.
  •   In case of the wrong item delivery, you have to inform us within 2 hours on our Phone number 0331 505 0917.
  •  Client who returns the Cash on delivery parcel will not be entertained with the cash on delivery service next time so be sure you make COD order only if you are available to receive.
  •  3 to 5 Days is the usual delivery time for in stock items.
  •  For Pre orders Delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks.
  • You have to pay 50% Advance for Preorders. If amount is more than 30,000 than 70% is the advance required to proceed.
  •   Bank transfer is the preferable mode of payment for advance payment. We do entertain jazz cash or easy paisa if anyone cannot do bank transfer.
  •  Once the payment is done it is mandatory to provide the screen shot of online payment or deposit slip.
  •    We deliver in all cities of Pakistan.
  •   We offer flat delivery charges 250/- Rs. On all orders. (subject to change if order is more than 5 kg)
  •  Order cannot be cancelled once order is dispatched. In case of any mistake in your order contact us immediately.
  •    We try to display the color and size of our products as accurately as possible. However, the resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed. Item color may show slight variations due to different shooting light and monitor display. Do your search about the product before ordering. We are not responsible for any confusions.
